What is your minimum order quantity?
The minimum depends on the product, fabric, colors, branding, and production setup. Send your estimated quantity per style and color so we can confirm the MOQ for your order.
Can you make clothing from my own designs?
Yes. Share a tech pack, sketch, reference sample, or artwork. We can review your fabric, measurements, sizing, construction, and branding requirements before discussing sampling and bulk manufacturing.
Can I approve a sample before bulk production?
Sample development can be arranged as part of your project. Confirm sample costs and timing, then review the agreed fit, fabric, decoration, labels, and finishing before approving production.
What can I customize for my private-label collection?
Options can include fabric, colors, measurements, printing, embroidery, neck labels, care labels, hangtags, trims, and packaging. Available methods and minimums are reviewed against your garment and order requirements.
How long will sampling, production, and shipping take?
Timing varies with material availability, local or imported sourcing, design complexity, sample approvals, order quantity, and destination. Share your target date and ask for separate estimates for sampling, production, and shipping.
How do international orders and quality checks work?
Share your destination country, quality standards, inspection needs, packaging requirements, and preferred delivery terms. We can then discuss the applicable checks, export preparation, shipping arrangements, and costs. Payment terms are confirmed in your written quotation and order agreement.
