06 / Before we begin

A few things
buyers ask.

Early details help us discuss a useful quotation and a realistic production plan.

Ask another question
What is the minimum order quantity?

MOQ depends on the style, fabric, colors, trims and branding. Send the quantity you have in mind per style and color so the team can confirm the practical minimum.

Can you work from my own design?

Share your tech pack, sketch, reference image or sample. Include the fabric, measurements and construction details you already know. The team can review what else is needed for development.

Can I review a sample first?

Sample development can be discussed before bulk production. Agree sample costs, timing, revisions and courier arrangements, then record the approved fabric, fit and finishing.

Can I add my own labels and artwork?

Yes, include your label and artwork requirements in the brief. Printing, embroidery, placement and packaging are reviewed against the garment and order specifications.

How long does an order take?

Timing depends on sourcing, sampling, approvals, quantity and destination. Ask for separate sampling, production and shipping estimates, and clarify whether your target is a shipment or arrival date.

What should an international buyer provide?

Share the destination country, quantity breakdown, target date, packing requirements and preferred delivery terms. Testing and inspection needs should also be discussed before the order is confirmed.
